The ultrafiltration unit is designed for volumes from 15 ml - 100 µl. The vertical twin membranes enable fast and high sample concentration and almost complete sample recovery. The pipette-friendly dead-stop reservoir eliminates the risk of centrifuging the concentrate to dryness and allows easy recovery of the highly concentrated sample. Samples up to 15 ml can be processed in swing-out rotors or 9 ml in fixed-angle rotors, which are suitable for 50 ml centrifuge tubes with a conical bottom.
