The CO
2 incubator with the Cell Locker™ system is designed for improved culturing efficiency and security for sensitive cultures. Six individual, autoclavable polycarbonate chambers divide the incubator chamber. Each Cell Locker™ chamber has dual 0.2 µm membrane filters, that permit air circulation but exclude microbial contaminants. When the Cell Locker™ chamber is opened, the temperature, CO
2 concentration and humidity in the unopened Cell Locker™ chambers remain stable.
