Sampler developed for sampling from frozen, highly viscous, paste-like materials such as ice-cream and similar substances. The drill-shaped cutter screws itself into the frozen goods independently when being rotated.
The collection cylinder can easily be detached via a bayonet connection. The sample is then available and can be removed.
