The stirring position made of ceramic is resistant to chemicals and scratches, and is easy to clean. A warning symbol indicates when the temperature of the plate is above 50 °C, even if the heating function is not active. The SpeedServo™ torque compensation keeps the speed constant even if the viscosity changes.
